1.2: Delivery Status

  • If the purchased items or credits have not yet been delivered in-game, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Once the items or credits have been successfully delivered to your in-game account, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

  • In-game username associated with the purchase.
  • Reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The purchased items or credits have already been delivered in-game.
  • The refund request is made after the 30-day period.
  • Evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.
