You: The customer using this website and services.
Services: Any digital product or service offered by Unique-Ps, including in-game item transfers.

All game content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations, are owned by the game publisher or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.

3. Account and Service Risk

You are solely responsible for your in-game accounts. Unique-Ps is only responsible for transferring purchased items to your specified account. We do not take responsibility for any actions, losses, or bans affecting your account after the service is delivered.

4. Lost or Stolen Items

Unique-Ps does not replace items or services lost or stolen after delivery. Once a service is completed, our responsibility ends, including partial deliveries.

5. Protection and Security of Your Data

By accepting our Website Terms and Conditions, you consent that we may use the information you provide to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information provided may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record.

All information you provide will be treated securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds may only be requested before delivery of the product or service. Refunds will be issued as store credit unless Unique-Ps determines a full refund is warranted. No refunds are provided after delivery.

7. Delivery Disputes

If you believe your order was not fulfilled correctly, contact us immediately at support@unique-ps.com. Disputes filed with payment processors for digital goods without contacting us first may be invalid.

8. External Links

We are not responsible for the content or policies of any external websites linked from ours.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STE Studios and affiliates harmless against any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services means you accept those changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of The Netherlands.

12. Age Restrictions

Users under 18 must have parental consent to use our services. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 and will delete any such data if discovered.
