1. Accessing the AOE Zone
You can access the AOE Zone in two ways:
- Use
::aoezone - Open
::teleportsand select AOE Zone
To enter the AOE Zone, you must first complete all of the previous progression zones. Once unlocked, you can speak to the NPC inside the zone to begin your AOE journey.
2. AOE Progress Book
When you enter the zone, talk to the NPC to receive your AOE Progress Book.
The book contains a series of tasks you must complete in order. Completing all tasks will unlock access to the final boss of the zone: the Extent Boss.
3. Extent Boss & Key of AOE
The Extent Boss is the finale of the AOE Zone. Every kill rewards you with:
- 1x Key of AOE (base drop)
If you own the AOE Crystal Booster from the donation store ($25), the boss instead drops:
- 2x Keys of AOE per kill
Keys of AOE are your main currency to open reward chests at the end of the zone.
4. AOE Chests Explained
🔹 Key of AOE Chest
Located at the end of the zone. Opening it requires a regular Key of AOE.
The chest can reward:
- Items Key AOE — rare key for the high-tier chest
- AOE Booster (non-donation)
- Various zone rewards
🔹 Items Key AOE Chest
This chest contains the best AOE ranged weapons and AOE ranged armour in the zone. It can only be opened with an Items Key AOE.
Loot is not guaranteed, but the chance of receiving high-tier AOE gear is significantly higher than standard chests.
âš Important distinction
- Key of AOE → Always dropped by Extent Boss
- Items Key AOE → Only obtainable from the Key of AOE chest or Aoe Items Key Packs
5. Booster Differences
💎 AOE Crystal Booster (Donation Store)
- +1 extra Key of AOE per kill → 2 per kill total
- Quick teleport to end-zone chest and back to the boss
âš” AOE Booster (From Chest)
- Provides ONLY quick teleport
- No extra keys per kill
These boosters are often confused — make sure you use the correct one depending on your goal.
